Ronda Torres is a fitness professional and wellness coach who has helped thousands of people all over the United States during her 35+ years in the industry of group fitness, personal training, wellness coaching and nutritional counseling.

She is the creator of the RT Method. A 12 week coaching program designed to help women make a lifestyle change to get healthy, lose weight, and feel good about their bodies.

Ronda also facilitates group coaching, yoga and fitness classes.

She resides in northeastern Pennsylvania with her husband and is the mom of two incredible sons.
